Do I need to provide a referral?
No, you do not need a GP referral to see us.
Do you see DVA patients?
Yes - We accept GP referrals for DVA cardholders. Simply bring in your referral and DVA card to your initial consultation.
How do the Medicare Referrals (EPC/ AHMR) work?
We accept Medicare referrals. Your GP will determine whether podiatric treatments are required, and you may be entitled up to five (5) consultations per calendar year. You simply pay for the consult, and we will process your rebate the same day to go straight back into your medicare nominated savings bank account. Bring in your referral, list of current medications and medicare card for your initial consultation.
Do you accept Medicare Referrals?
Yes - We accept Medicare referrals, and we will process the rebates for you on your behalf.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and credit cards. If we provide a home visit, you may pay cash at the time of the consult, or pay over the phone using your credit card details, or pay via direct deposit.
What do I bring to my initial appointment?
For your initial consultation, please bring as much information as possible such as list of current medications, any previous imaging of the area of concern, and shoes related to your issue.
Do you do home visits?
Yes we do. We provide home visits for those who have difficulty leaving their home, or for those who feel more comfortable in their own residence.
