Who are your clients
We specialise in supporting clients who are receiving care through a My Aged Care package. Additionally, we see clients who are on a Short Term Restorative Care Program (STRC). If you wish to pay privately, please get in touch with us and we can discuss this with you.
Do you come to the clients home?
Yes, we are fully mobile and provide services in the comfort of your home.
Do I need to pay anything?
No, our services are fully covered by your My Aged Care package—there are no out-of-pocket costs.
What is the referral process?
Simply have your Care Manager or Care Package Provider contact us by calling 1800 954 227 or emailing info@sunshinepodiatry.net.au.
We’ll take it from there.
What does an initial consult include?
During your initial consultation, we’ll take a detailed medical history to determine which assessments are needed. We’ll also identify and address any current foot, ankle, or lower limb concerns. In most cases, a general treatment—including toenail care—is also provided.
How do Care Providers refer to us?
Referring a client is simple:

Receive confirmation – We’ll get back to you promptly with confirmation of capacity.
Send client details – Provide the client’s name, address, date of birth, contact information, and any relevant clinical or care information.
